Registration

  

All the attendees and listeners must register in advance and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities.

Please contact  ceeit-info@iacsitp.com if you have any questions about registration.

We recommend you to proceed to your online registration before the deadline to leave yourself plenty of time to prepare for your participation.

 

Registration Fees and Deadlines

Registration is required for all participants of CEEIT 2018.
  • Advance Registration: Deadline is 30 March 2018
Each registration enables publication of only one paper. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one person.

  

Full Conference Registration

Full Registration Includes: Welcome Reception, Keynotes&Plenaries, Technical Sessions, Coffee Breaks, Lunch, Dinner, Conference Proceedings and a gift.

Payment Method

When the registration is fully completed and paid, each participant will receive an email of confirmation from the online payment system.

For bank transfers, Please note that a registration is considered completed and valid only when the full payment has been received on the bank account. 
 
The late registration fee will be applied if the registration made with an advance rate is not fully paid before the deadline on 30 March 2018.
 

Cancellation Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email to ceeit-info@iacsitp.com and received by 15 May 2018. No refund will be provided after this date.
 
Please note: There will be 30% of the registration fee deducted from each refund.
 

Privacy of Information Policy

Information provided by the registrant will only be used for the conference. In no way will any private information be given through, for example sale, exchange, or loan, to a third party for any reasons except as required by the prevailing law.
